I am delighted to announce the introduction of The Eaton Golf Club Swing Centre in the Pro shop. Some of you may have noticed preparations in our office and store room for work to start imminently. This is a partnership between myself and the Golf Club which will provide us as a club with a state of the art facility. This exciting venture will enable us to provide better teaching facilities, particularly over the winter period, as well as having an indoor practice facility for members. We will also be able to provide more accurate club fitting with our new GC2 Launch Monitor, Gapping Sessions and ball fittings.
The Swing Centre will also have a golf simulator providing a range of golf courses including The Belfry (Brabazon), Carnoustie, The Celtic Manor Resort, Kingsbarns, Oakmont Country Club, Royal Birkdale, Royal Troon, Turnberry - Ailsa Course for members to play. We will be running monthly nearest the pin competitions, a Winter League and other competitions throughout the year. Watch this space for our Launch Evening, all being well this side of Christmas.

AimPoint - Comes To Eaton Golf Club! - Wednesday, 16 March 2016
Jamie Donaldson runs AimPoint Clinics across the globe for a wide range of golfers, from those on tour to the 28 handicapper looking to break 100. AimPoint Putting clinics are a fantastic way to learn the methods of the AimPoint Green Reading system which has transformed the putting of those who use it, many saying they enjoy the game more with increased putting confidence and putts holed.
Jamie currently teaches out of Brocket Hall Golf Club and Woburn Golf Club but will be delivering two clinics here at Eaton Golf Club on Wednesday, 16 March 2016, a morning and an afternoon session. Each session lasts 2 hours within which you learn either the AimPoint Express Level 1 green reading method. This is used by some of the top players in the world including Ian Poulter, Adam Scott, Justin Rose and Andy Sullivan to name a few

Junior Academy Coaching
As I'm sure some of you are aware Michael runs Junior Academy Coaching sessions on each Saturday through the school term times. Ther,e are 2 classes, one at 10-11am and the other at 1-2pm. Do you know how far you hit the ball?
Over recent weeks I have been conducting quite a few gapping sessions for members. This is where I or one of the pro shop team will spend 45 minutes measuring your distances on our ES14 Launch Monitor and record them for you making sure you have the correct set composite. These sessions are available at

As I have stated recently please remember that we can source product we do not stock and will always endeavour to price match where we can. Your business is very important to us and we appreciate every opportunity to secure it.

EBAY Shop
We now have an EBAY shop, if you have any old clubs post 2000 this is the time to sell them. All you need to do is drop them into the shop, we will assess them, put them straight onto our site at a sensible selling price and if they sell the money goes on your golf shop account. You will be surprised just how quick we can turn your old clubs into ££££'s . .
Only this week I have managed to liquidate some clubs for a couple of our members so that they can look at new equipment.
