This week we have launched our new website and email newsletter. My team and I hope you like it. This new website and email is fully responsive in design, so irrespective what digital device you are using the content will adjust accordingly, giving a perfect display every time.
This will allow you to read our weekly words of wisdom from the comfort of, for example your sofa, office or even a train.
We would love you to explore the website and investigate the tips and drills, product catalogue and interact with any features we have on the website.
We look forward to any feedback you may have so click here and tell us what you think about our new email and website.
We have had many new arrivals in the shop this week and have been busy getting them on display. This includes new Spring/summer clothing ranges from both Footjoy and Nike which look fantastic. WE have also taken delivery of new Nike shoes and the exciting new Wilson M3 range of metals. Look out next week for some product reviews from my panel of testers as they have all been out over the last couple of weeks reviewing the new product.
Last Wednesday saw the start of this year's Spring Ladies Short game clinics. Michael and I were focussing on Chipping and pitching which is such a key area of the game. WE also started the new term of Junior Coaching at the weekend which went really well, we really have two super groups to work with.
On the coaching front I would like to congratulate Michael on passing his Level 2 coaching assessment last week. Only half the delegates on the course passed so this is a good achievement and means he can now start teaching in earnest. He has another busy week this week as he is at the Belfry on his second year residential course.
Friday sees our Night Golf evening which is always great fun. We have a good number of teams playing but if you would like to secure a place please contact one of the team in the Pro Shop.
Look out next week for our full events schedule for 2014, we have plenty of demo events planned for the season and will announce the dates.
Great to see so many people playing in the Stablefords at the weekend and congratulations to Barrie Baker for being overall winner on Saturday and Peter Collins for coming top of the pile on Sunday. Remember that we are now running the competitions from the Pro Shop so don't hesitate to speak to us with any competition queries .
